We offer home made GLUTEN FREE, pizza dough and bread for our sandwiches. Some have said it is the best in the area for taste and quality. Although we serve GLUTEN FREE items, we are not a fully Gluten Free restaurant. We do our best to keep cross contamination from happening, but we make the breads and doughs in the same mixer that we make other items which are not Gluten Free. All our Gluten Free products are kept separate from our other flour products, and we cook all Gluten Free pizza's on a separate pizza pan. We do our best to stay informed with the local GLUTEN FREE organizations and we would love your feedback on other products, which can make your dining experience more enjoyable.
