Jeckyl and Hyde is a very personable place, with friendly wait staff and up front cooks. We cook only in a real WOOD fired oven made by Woodstone, right here in Bellingham. Our food may take a little longer to cook, as we do not have any deep fryers, stove tops, or grills. Cooking the old fashioned way as in the 1800's.

Join us for a great tasting meal, we have great Hot fired sandwiches, and the best pizzas around. BUT WAIT! Jeckyl & Hyde does BBQ, like no other. If you are looking for the Best BBQ Pork, Brisket, Chicken Wings and Ribs, give us a try. Slow smoked for over 14 hours on a real outdoor competition smoker. All other smoke is imitation compared to what we offer.
